Porter Services (Red Caps)

At GAIA our airport porters are easily distinguished by their caps, which are red, and that is why we call them – that’s right – Red Caps. They stand ready to assist you in your arrivals and departures, ensuring that your luggage is ably conveyed.

The Red Cap porters are available in the public area to take your luggage from curbside to the check-in counters for departing passengers. If you're arriving, you can use one of the porters in the baggage reclaim hall who will take your luggage out to the public area.

The service cost is $2.00 BDS per bag for each passenger.
